| Karen Ballard Human Resource Manager Ms. Ballard is responsible for all aspects of Reston Limousine Human Resources. Ms. Ballard joined the company in 2006 as the Executive Assistant to Reston Limousine President and CEO, Kristina Bouweiri. She has since taken over the entire Human Resource Department, focusing on recruiting and retention. She works closely with the Safety & Training Department to ensure all drivers and paperwork maintain 100% compliance to Department of Transportation regulations. Ms. Ballard has 10 years experience in restaurant management, and 18 years in office administration. When not working, Ms. Ballard enjoys spending time with her husband and son, catching a good Redskins game or concert. |
