Daniel Oh at Reston Limousine is the BEST person to work with for wedding transportation. He is 100% professional: efficient, organized, flexible and could not be any more pleasant. He was also extremely patient when we asked for numerous changes. We had many out of town guests who needed transportation from the hotel in 1 town to the wedding in a 2nd town to the reception in a 3rd town. In between the wedding & the reception, our guests took a tour of Washington on board “our” Reston Limousine Coach. Although the driver was not a professional tour guide, our guests were bowled over by how knowledgeable he was. He was especially helpful when 1 guest requested a change in the route so she could see her husband’s name at the WW II Memorial. This is the 2nd time we’ve turned to Reston Limousine for a large event – both times their service was superior in every way. I was invited by a designer friend of mine to go to a Halloween event last night out in Poolseville, MD. Being the amazing planner that she is, she organized everything for this party and when we walked out of her house there was a bus to take us to the event – Reston Limo! I chuckled and thought what a small world it is.

I had some family in town during Labor Day weekend. We had a function downtown, and one of my brothers, Andy, and his children had to get to the airport. As a great brother, I would happily drive them to the airport. However, my son had a soccer tournament that same day. It’s tough to be in two places at the same time. 
I’m ashamed that it took me more than 15 seconds to think of it, but I sent a note to Kristina Bouweiri. Much to my dismay, as the CEO, Kristina does not actually do the driving for Reston Limousine. But, she forwarded my email to her wonderful team who quickly took care of the arrangements. They were responsive, professional, and required very little effort from us. 
Andy commented that after being disappointed with other experiences in the past, Reston Limousine would be his limousine company for any future needs in the area. Kristina’s company sent a great vehicle, a courteous and professional driver, and he took care of all of their luggage so all they had to do was relax en route to the airport. We’ve all experienced the companies that don’t do it right, so it was a pleasure to hear such a glowing report of Andy’s experience with Reston Limousine.

All went well with the event, in general, and, specifically, with the transportation service. I especially appreciated that the driver called me on my cell phone on both ends of the service to check whether all was as it should be and whether to go ahead, since fewer guests than orginally anticipated actually utilized the service. Hi Daniel. Thanks for your help and inquiring about the trip. It was awesome. Fred is the best. He was professional, patient and enthuisiastic. Please tell him that we really appreciated it. The tour was even better than I expected. The pace of the limo circling around the monuments was on point. My friend Bryan who is a Command Master Chief in the Navy really expressed how much he enjoyed the tour. Even though he has been to those monuments a thousand times for Navy ceremonies, etc. he said that seeing it from the limo and at night was just awesome and he kept noting how the driver – Fred – was doing such a great job of cruising and providing the best views of the city. Our driver, Kelvin Simmons, was very professional, and provided my mom, brother, sister-in-law, and myself with the Ultimate Outstanding  Service experience!  He was very patient with my mom…and he dropped us off at convenient stops in D.C. with easy access to the sites we wanted to explore, and was always there when we returned to the street to go to the next site!  He was a total gentleman, always opening the doors to the vehicle, and offering help getting in and out of the vehicle when needed.  Kelvin offers a warm presence assuring us we were in excellent and secure hands.  We trusted him totally because of the confidence he exudes.  Kelvin has a great personality, and his strong desire to serve us, along with his excellent work ethic made us feel like royalty!   Wow!  My sister-in-law, who had never seen D.C., said this D.C. tour was the highlight of her visit (and they were visiting with me from Arkansas for a week and a half!).  And I must agree, and attribute it to not only the historic sites, but the entire experience provided by Reston Limousine, with the ease and knowledge of getting us to the sites, in style and comfort!  Thank you, Mr. Kelvin Simmons!  And Thank you, Reston Limousine for hiring such an outstanding driver, and gentleman!  Mr. Simmons’ quality work ethic left us with an indelible memory of Washington D.C., and truly reflects positively on your organization.  – Wanda

The group has been in a meeting all day, but last night’s tour guide (who I’ve known for a long time and is very experienced) was very impressed with Doug Kennedy.  Evidently, he was not only really nice, but incredibly helpful with passing along info on street closings, traffic etc.  He demonstrated great teamwork which made all the difference in the world with the quality of the evening  for our folks.  Susan was also impressed at how Doug managed to get in the one unoccupied space down at the monuments.  Would love to have him on any of our jobs.  – Nancy

I cannot thank you and your driver enough for your help in getting a driver to pick up my daughter during the worst snowstorm in DC history. Without exaggeration, I must have called 20 companies before reaching Erik – who at first didn’t think he could help. But when I told him about my stranded daughter – his compassion and service-oriented character stepped up and he made the call and got us a driver. Then the driver – not only braved the elements and showed up on time – but stayed with my daughter at the airport for 20 minutes trying to get her some help with her semester’s worth of belongings. He actually apologized for having to leave her before she was checked in AND tried to refuse her tip!!!

I am a USO volunteer and last evening, along with friend, escorted several Walter Reed patients to the Improv Comedy Club in DC. Dave Lamb was our driver and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, patient, professional and polite. On the return trip to WR, he accommodated the soldiers by dropping each off at his/her residence on the WR grounds – never hesitating to make things a bit easier and more convenient. Moreover, my friend and I are unfamiliar with the WR grounds and at 11:30PM, hesitant to find our way out. Dave immediately offered to wait until we got into our car, allowing us to follow him out and back onto Georgia Avenue. On the shuttle Friday night, several items fell out of my HHMI bag – I had left a zip on the top flap open. Just before getting off the bus I noticed only part of the items lying on the floor, tucked them back in and got off the bus without checking carefully. Hours later I realized first that my toothbrush was missing, then two bank cards, then $250 cash (few large bills)… This morning the shuttle driver handed me an envelope with in it all my missing items, including the money. Apparently it was found by a cleaner then passed on to the driver. I am writing to commend Larry – the driver for Park Center/The Aventine in Alexandria, VA. I’ve been a resident of the Aventine for 2 years & I can’t express enough thanks & appreciation for Larry.
