Reston Limo & Inova Fairfax Team Up

Thursday, November 26th, 2009

Reston Limousine is partnering with Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children to bring some holiday cheer to the hospital’s cancer and cardiac pediatric patients.

“The Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children Bus of Dreams, presented by Reston inova-fairfaxLimousine” will be transporting  current and former patients, and their parents/guardians, to two special performances by the Trans Siberian Orchestra at the Verizon Center in Washington DC. A few kids will even have the opportunity to go on stage with David Goldberg before the show!

Reston Limousine donates transportation services to a variety of worthy causes, with a focus on charities that involve children with illnesses.  Each year, we donate more than $100,000 worth of charitable services to such organizations through contributions of transportation service and gift certificates for fund raising events.

For the past 15 years, this prestigious tribute has selected a handful of working women from hundreds of applications from candidates who have demonstrated a commitment and dedication to improve the community where they live and work. Bouweiri, of Leesburg, was one of seven women named this year by a distinguished panel of judges, including executives from the automotive, employment, broadcast, and publishing industries.

A well-known business leader, Bouweiri is an active board member with area organizations such as the Loudoun and Dulles Regional Chambers of Commerce. An advocate of philanthropy, especially those organizations dealing with children’s causes, Reston Limousine annually provides more than $100,000 through gifts-in-kind to charities.
