Reston Limousine sponsors 911 for Kids kickoff

This April recently was designated as National 9-1-1 Education Month, and Reston Limousine is proud to sponsor the recent kickoff celebration that took place on Capitol Hill.

Tim Brown, National Chairman for 911 for Kids, was on hand to thank us with a corporate sponsorship award at a press conference on the Hill.

Here’s a letter of appreciation to CEO and President Kristina Bouweiri from the former Oakland Raiders team captain and 1987 Heisman Trophy winner:

Kristina,

I wanted to say thank you for taking care of me and my team while we were in Washington D.C. a couple weeks ago. Your staff did an outstanding job and had great customer service.

Fred Johnson in particular was outstanding and very helpful taking me where I needed to go. I have never meet a driver with such great customer service and I wanted to make you aware of how great he was.

Reston Limo’s Drivers: ‘Professional and Safety First’

We love getting feedback on our Facebook page! In late January, Frances Crespo left this comment on our wall:  ”Thanks to Eileen from Citronelle, superb service yesterday for Michael’s special birthday. Also, Reston Limousine for their drivers, they were amazing. Professional and safety first on a very snowy night.”

Intrigued, we followed up with Frances to hear more of the story, and she agreed to share the experience:

Dear Kristina,

… I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the service that Reston Limo has always provided me. I originally wanted a limo to take my husband Michael and I to his 40th birthday celebration at Citronelle. He was visiting here from Seattle and I had everything planned for a few weeks, then the weather decided to throw a curve ball.

Since I live on a hill, I called and specifically asked to have a 4WD vehicle instead of a limo. I wanted to make sure we were going to be able to make it to the restaurant. The dispatcher said he didn’t have a 4WD vehicle available for the evening due to the weather but he was going to check and see what he could do for me. Within less than 20 minutes, he called back and we had our vehicle for the night.

Our driver was 30 minutes behind schedule but your staff kept us informed of his whereabouts and new time of arrival. When he got to the house to pick us up, he first apologized for the delay and explained the traffic conditions. He safely maneuvered downhill and drove very carefully through our neighborhood roads and GW Parkway on his way to Georgetown. I didn’t realize how bad the roads were until we got close to Washington DC. He maneuvered the traffic wonderfully and got us to Citronelle safe. Since we were behind schedule, he arranged our new pickup time with your dispatcher so we didn’t have to worry about it.

Our return driver as nice as the first one. He was there at the appointed time, although after chatting with him he mentioned that it had taken him hours to get to our location due to the weather conditions. Again, he was very courteous and maneuvered the roads very carefully, especially going up the hill to our home. There was not a moment that I felt afraid on the road in the horrible weather conditions.

Although my husband wanted to drive, we were both happy I made the decision to have Reston Limousine take care of our transportation needs. Reston Limousine made his birthday celebration even more special!
