Reston Limousine Donates Transportation for HACAN Students

Thursday, May 13th, 2010

Reston Limousine has a proud legacy of philanthropy, especially to organizations dealing with children’s causes, and we continue to build on that legacy every year. Most recently, Reston Limousine provided transportation for a group of STAR (Students Training in Advocacy and Responsibility) students from HACAN (Hispanics Against Child Abuse and Neglect) who visited the Ashburn headquarters of PPI for an “Innovation in Practice Experience.”

PPI, a high-tech product development, manufacturing and commercialization group, offers this program to “inspire and empower next generation innovation leaders to explore and realize their potential in science, technology and design,” according to Bryan Ramos, PPI’s director of Leadership and Innovation.

“The students had a great time and more importantly they may have been inspired to seek excellence in their own life,” Bryan wrote in an e-mail to Reston Limousine CEO and President Kristina Bouweiri. Your generosity really showed the positive spirit of Reston Limousine and I am sure that same spirit will continue to lead to you to great success.”
