Daniel Oh at Reston Limousine is the BEST person to work with for wedding transportation. He is 100% professional: efficient, organized, flexible and could not be any more pleasant. He was also extremely patient when we asked for numerous changes. We had many out of town guests who needed transportation from the hotel in 1 town to the wedding in a 2nd town to the reception in a 3rd town. In between the wedding & the reception, our guests took a tour of Washington on board “our” Reston Limousine Coach. Although the driver was not a professional tour guide, our guests were bowled over by how knowledgeable he was. He was especially helpful when 1 guest requested a change in the route so she could see her husband’s name at the WW II Memorial. This is the 2nd time we’ve turned to Reston Limousine for a large event – both times their service was superior in every way. I wanted to convey my personal thanks to you for the wonderful service provided to us yesterday by Reston Limousine on the occasion of our tenth anniversary. Our chauffeur, Dave Lamb, was particularly sensitive to the nature of our outing and especially contributed to our enjoyment, appearing or calling as if by magic when we were ready for the bus again after each stop. His courtesy and good humor were contagious throughout the trip, even when skillfully picking his way through some very bad traffic to maintain the intended schedule without our people feeling hurried in the least. Reston Limousine projected an image of class throughout the trip; precisely congruent with the atmosphere we wanted for the experience. I was invited by a designer friend of mine to go to a Halloween event last night out in Poolseville, MD. Being the amazing planner that she is, she organized everything for this party and when we walked out of her house there was a bus to take us to the event – Reston Limo! I chuckled and thought what a small world it is.
George was our driver and he was excellent – a lovely host, a great driver who was able to navigate us through the muddy terrain and a real gentleman. Everyone enjoyed the trip and I thought you’d like to know how much we appreciated George at the helm! – Christine, October 2011

Dulles, Virginia. October 5, 2011. Reston Limousine and Travel Service, Inc. recently scored the highest possible rating in an intense, three-day Department of Defense independent audit of all aspects of its safety performance.

“The rigorous inspection was an extremely thorough test of our safety fitness,” said Reston Limousine’s Safety and Training Manager Keith Johnson. I had some family in town during Labor Day weekend. We had a function downtown, and one of my brothers, Andy, and his children had to get to the airport. As a great brother, I would happily drive them to the airport. However, my son had a soccer tournament that same day. It’s tough to be in two places at the same time.
I’m ashamed that it took me more than 15 seconds to think of it, but I sent a note to Kristina Bouweiri. Much to my dismay, as the CEO, Kristina does not actually do the driving for Reston Limousine. But, she forwarded my email to her wonderful team who quickly took care of the arrangements. They were responsive, professional, and required very little effort from us.
Andy commented that after being disappointed with other experiences in the past, Reston Limousine would be his limousine company for any future needs in the area. Kristina’s company sent a great vehicle, a courteous and professional driver, and he took care of all of their luggage so all they had to do was relax en route to the airport. We’ve all experienced the companies that don’t do it right, so it was a pleasure to hear such a glowing report of Andy’s experience with Reston Limousine.

All went well with the event, in general, and, specifically, with the transportation service. I especially appreciated that the driver called me on my cell phone on both ends of the service to check whether all was as it should be and whether to go ahead, since fewer guests than orginally anticipated actually utilized the service. This is exactly the kind of service (quality and reliability) that keeps me returning to Reston Limousine rather than booking with other local transportation vendors. - Deborah, September 2011

Hi Daniel. Thanks for your help and inquiring about the trip. It was awesome. Fred is the best. He was professional, patient and enthuisiastic. Please tell him that we really appreciated it. The tour was even better than I expected. The pace of the limo circling around the monuments was on point. My friend Bryan who is a Command Master Chief in the Navy really expressed how much he enjoyed the tour. Even though he has been to those monuments a thousand times for Navy ceremonies, etc. he said that seeing it from the limo and at night was just awesome and he kept noting how the driver – Fred – was doing such a great job of cruising and providing the best views of the city. Thank you! Thank you!

I arranged this trip on very short notice; Dan (working the phone) was very helpful and understood what I needed. The managers were delighted with the driver and found the experience a welcomed relief from the extremely poor airline service they had received. I am keeping this phone number and email address for future needs. I had contacted two other services prior to calling Reston Limousine. Reston is the only service I will call again.
