EVENTS National Veterans Day Observance 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Nov. 11 at Arlington National Cemetery The cemetery opens at 8 a.m., when free shuttles from the Welcome Center to the Memorial Amphitheater begin. The program begins at 11 a.m. with a wreath-laying ceremony and concludes at noon. Concert For Valor 7 p.m. Nov. 11 on the National Mall This first-of-a-kind concert will feature headliners including Bruce Springsteen, Carrie Underwood, Dave Grohl, Rihanna, The Black Keys, Eminem, Jennifer Hudson, Jessie J, Metallica, and Zac Brown Band in a live and televised FREE concert on the National Mall!
