We’re thrilled to be wishing our brewery tour partner Corcoran Brewing a very Happy 5th Birthday as they celebrate with a beer festival that also includes a fundraiser to help local cancer patients with their medical bills!
Kicking Kegs for Cancer takes place on Saturday, July 30, from 1-6 p.m. at the Purcellville brewery, where party guests will sample from 20 breweries on tap, purchase delish food by Brew’d Pub and Restaurant, enjoy live music, watch their kids play on a moon bounce and slurp snow cones, and much more.
The Corcorans are longtime friends of CEO Kristina Bouweiri and the Reston Limousine family, and this event has become a “coming out” party for Jim Corcoran as he discusses the very personal reason behind the fundraiser. Click here to read the Loudoun Times-Mirror article sharing Jim’s story.
General admission into Kicking Kegs for Cancer is $40 and includes a commemorative tasting glass and tastings. Upgrade with VIP admission (limited quantities), which includes early admission at noon, access to inside seating and restrooms, hors d’houevres from Magnolias at the Mill Restaurant and special advance tasting of a new beer release:
BEERWAY TO HEAVEN – a saison aged with Brettanomyces yeast for six months, blended with peaches. A little sour, a little sweet, but sure to be great on a hot day!
