Our driver was Robert Orr, he was an amazing driver who was very helpful and responsive to our requests. But in addition to that, we lost a backpack that had some pretty expensive stuff left in it. After exchanging several messages for 2 days trying to locate the bag, Mr. Orr went to the place where he dropped us off and spoke to a few of the business owners who were able to locate our belongings. Mr. Orr went way above and beyond to help us and I want to make sure that you are aware of this. Thank you for a great time and thank you for contracting with such amazing, helpful, and caring people.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Reston Limo and Mr. Warren Williams (our driver today) for above an beyond service. My niece and I traveled this morning from Herndon to Washington, DC for a meeting. As you may know, today’s weather was …. in a word … awful. … Mr. Williams arrived promptly – umbrella at the ready – and could not have been more professional, courteous, and just plain ole charming. The ride was calm and pleasant, and – despite the weather and congestion, we arrived on time! Our meeting ran longer than anticipated – but he made arrangements with the office to accommodate us without batting an eye. WOW!
Although I wish with all my heart I were in a position to have the luxury of a “driver” on a regular basis, I’m not. BUT – I will sing the praises of Reston Limo to any and all … and when the occasion arises (or I’m just in need of an extraordinary treat), Reston Limo will be my “GO TO” service.
