Four years ago, Kristina Bouweiri wanted to network with other women.

But she didn’t want to have to drive far from her office to have lunch with other women who were just as busy.

So she created Sterling Women, a monthly networking  lunch that has grown tremendously in the past four years. What started as a small group of women exchanging numbers and business tips, has grown into a monthly event that regularly draws 150 beautiful, strong, successful women who are interested in more than just a good lunch.

The event draws women from Loudoun County and beyond, and has become an opportunity for women to learn from each other, to shop, dine and best of all, to win fabulous prizes from great sponsors.

Today’s lunch will feature Sandy Lerner, co-founder of Cisco Systems.
