Girl Scouts are celebrating their 100th Anniversary today, and we at Reston Limousine want to wish the organization a very Happy Birthday!
To celebrate, we have put together a special New York City day trip in which Girl Scouts will be able to receive a patch after visiting three New York City sites. Visits include a ferry ride to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, and dinner at the American Girl Place Cafe. Our first day trip on Saturday, March 31, was so popular that it sold out, so we have added a second day trip the next day!
Pickup for the trip takes place at 6:30 a.m. at the Vienna Metro Station, with arrival at the ferry for Liberty State Park at 11:30 a.m. Visits will continue at the parks until 2:30 p.m., then guests will depart for dinner at the American Girl Place at 5:30 p.m. The bus then departs at 6:30 p.m., with arrival at the Vienna Metro Station scheduled for 11:30 p.m.
Tickets for children 4 to 12 years are $96; standard tickets for guests 13 and older are $102.50. Price includes round-trip transportation, ferry ride and dinner at American Girl Place. Troops are encouraged to bring a bag lunch and snacks to eat on the bus.
