As Human Resources Manager, Nadia partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
She and her team are responsible for the oversight and management of recruitment resources to provide any personnel necessary to fulfill program needs in a timely and efficient manner, assures any vacancies are filled expeditiously with contract-compliant personnel and ensures all drivers meet all Reston Limousine and DOT training and performance requirements.
A graduate of a bachelor’s degree of Science from George Mason University’s School of Business, Nadia is well versed in a wide array of HR and employment law topics and has the ability to implement regulations and company policies effectively.
