But where are all these elite customers going? And when? And why? We researched a year’s worth of company data to illustrate some interesting findings about those who travel in limos around the Washington DC metropolitan area.
DC Destinations
First, we looked at the top destinations for limousine travel in the region. In a somber tribute to all those who have served our country with the ultimate sacrifice, topping the list in 2014 was Arlington National Cemetery, where loved ones gather to say farewell one last time.
Second most popular? The Verizon Center in downtown DC since Washingtonians want to show up to athletic events and concerts in style! The swanky Ritz-Carlton hotel in Tysons Corner rounds out the list in third position.
Wedding Venues
According to our data, customers are booking our luxury vehicles to take them to and from tourist attractions, sports arenas, and hotels, but one of the most common uses for limos is weddings. A shiny black limo or elegant white one are stress-free ways to arrive at your ceremony or reception in style and help the whole family travel in a pack on the big day. The DMV is full of spectacular wedding venues and event spaces, but some of the more popular ones request Reston Limousine services with great frequency. A brief review of the trips booked shows that Whitehall Manor is the most popular wedding destination for those reserving limo rides, followed by Bluemont Vineyard and Waterford at Fair Oaks.

Once we learned where people were going and why, we were curious about when most customers wanted limo service. The most popular times to book a limo in the DMV were 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Though you might have guessed that riders would be in need of driver service during those early dawn hours, the spike in cocktail hour reservation times suggests otherwise.
