About the Winery

Located in Taylorstown, Virginia along the Catoctin Creek, Creek’s Edge Winery was established in 2010.  The building itself is an Amish structure crafted with the best hardwoods.  Everything is made from the land including local stone, black walnut, and hand-crafted metalwork.

Erecting the winery was a labor of love with extreme attention to detail.  Inside, the iconic silo resembles that of a wine barrel complete with metal strapped oak.  It also serves to connect the main level with an upstairs dining area and a lower aging room for wine making operations.  The exterior blends with the surrounding farmlands and heritage of the property.

If you’re looking for a place to lounge and take in the view of the rolling lawn down to the creek, the deck is perfect.  With picnic tables, cornhole boards, and Adirondack chairs lining the creek’s edge anyone can enjoy the surrounding green space as well.  The interior stone fireplace is just the spot to get cozy on cool nights or lazy winter days.  With a large pavilion for even more northern Virginia gazing at the vine covered hillside, every inch of Creek’s Edge Winery creates the perfect atmosphere for you to relax and have fun.

Guests are welcome to order from the light fare menu or bring their own snacks to enjoy with the wine.
