About the Brewery

Founded on hard work and a commitment to the community, Old Ox is a gamily owned and operated commercial brewery.  They like to consider everyone part of Old Ox Brewery as family, and they work together, play together, celebrate together, and face life’s obstacles together.  They are always looking for way to partner with local businesses that help to make Loudoun County a special place to live.

Old Ox got its name from the one of the oldest roads in Loudoun County.  This road was originally built to connect the agricultural producers to the markets in Fairfax County.  The connectivity this road brought to the producers was the inspiration behind their attitude toward connecting customers together.  Whether it’s in their tasting room or enjoying a pint in their favorite restaurant or tavern, Old Ox wants everyone to come together to share their beer.

Every day they partner with a different food truck or restaurant.  All of these food options are local to the Loudoun County area.  For anyone planning on coming by bicycle, you can find their sign between mile marker 25 and 25.5 on the W&OD Trail.  They have beer (of course), a bike rack, air, bike tools, food, and water.  So stop by and see if this can become your new pit stop as you get in your cardio.
