Congratulations to the 2020 Virginia Governor’s Cup Medalists!

We are thrilled to congratulate our Northern Virginia winery tour partners who took home medals at the ! Topping the list of more than 530 wines this year was 868 Estate Vineyard’s 2017 Vidal Blanc Passito. The dessert wine by winemaker Carl DiManno was made in the Italian appassimento style, in which Vidal Blanc grapes were dried to concentrate flavor, according to an article the Loudoun Times-Mirror.

We’re proud to say that 868 Estate Vineyards has been one of our top partners over the years for Virginia wine tours, both public and private. Many of our other partners also took home medals, and we toast you all for your achievement!
