National Cherry Blossom Festival celebrations continue, and this week we launch our special Cherry Blossom daytime excursions Thursday through Sunday.

Festival events continue through the month of April, including Hanami After Dark on April 1, an evening reception featuring a traditional Maguro Kaitai ceremony and cuisine by chefs from along the eastern seaboard. Reston Limousine will transport NCSS guests from the Renaissance Washington DC Hotel to the F Street Conference Center. Shuttle departs the hotel at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $35 for round-trip transportation.
Cherry Blossom Lantern Lighting Ceremony
Sunday, April 8
Reston Limousine will transport NCSS guests from the Renaissance Washington DC Hotel to the Cherry Blossom Lantern Lighting Ceremony at the Tidal Basin. Shuttle departs the hotel at 1:30 p.m. Cost is $35 for round-trip transportation.
Cherry Blossom Taste of the States Princess Coronation
Tuesday, April 10
Reston Limousine will transport NCSS guests from the Renaissance Washington DC Hotel to the reception at Ft. Myer Officers Club. Shuttle departs the hotel at 5:30 p.m. Cost is $35 for round-trip transportation.
Cherry Blossom Congressional Reception

Jump on Our 2012 Cherry Blossom Day Excursions
One of Washington DC’s most popular springtime traditions is to enjoy the blooming of the thousands of cherry trees that were a gift from Tokyo Mayor Yukio Ozaki 100 years ago.
This year, you can enjoy the centennial blooming of the cherry trees during the peak bloom period with our special daytime excursions from March 29 through April 1.
