Resolutions? Make or Break?

At this time of year, we come to discover there are two types of people…the resolution makers and the rest of us.

BUT, regardless of which person you are, there are some things we can try to do in 2023.

Let’s start by putting one foot in front of the other. Otherwise known as walking (see what we did there?). We are so lucky to live in an area with so much to do and see outside. Granted, we might not be that lucky when Mother Nature strikes and makes it too cold/snowy/wet/icy to do much outside, but when she is in a good mood there are so many paths to choose from! From exploring all the D.C. has to offer to 25 (nearly) free things to do in MD there is no shortage of outdoor activities. Of course, we can’t forget about Virginia! From the home of our first president to Monticello, and from the state parks to our hiking trails, you can probably stay busy and outside every day in ’23!

It is a safe bet that no two bucket lists are the same and if exploring the great outdoors didn’t make your list but honing your skills as a foodie did, let us help guide you where to start. Thank you to Guy Fieri and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives for providing a road map of where to eat in all 50 states (if you’re counting there are 57 places to try here in the DMV!).

If relaxing is more your speed (because it definitely is mine!) then let’s plan some spa and massage visits this year! To paraphrase Ferris Bueller, life happens pretty fast, and we all need to rest, relax and re-energize. If you don’t believe Ferris, click here to read the benefits of massage therapy.

The list of things to put on our bucket list or to resolve to do is as long and varied as the lists themselves. However, this seems like a good start to the year. Reston Limousine wishes you a happy New Year and regardless of which road you choose to take, we are here to take you to it – promptly, professionally, and safely.
