I used the shuttle service to get in and out of the Mubadala Citi DC Open Tennis tournament and the operation was running like a well-oiled machine. I was directed to the pickup location by staff as soon as I exited the parking garage. Once boarded to head towards rock creek park I realized I needed to run back to my car for something I’d forgotten. When I got back to the pickup there was already another vehicle ready to go which departed quickly after I hopped back on. All staff were friendly and helpful and could provide directions when asked. I stayed in the Tennis Center until after Venus gave her interview to close out the last match of the night. I never even had to wait in line as shuttles were ready to take the large crowd back to the drop off location. I hope Reston limousine will take over all of DC transit.

Sam drove my family around for my dad’s funeral on one of the hottest days of the year. He helped my mother who is in a wheelchair in and out of the van numerous times in the sweltering heat, and never asked for or needed any help. He even provided us with cold water throughout the day to make sure we stayed hydrated and comfortable. We received five star service throughout a very trying time. Sam allowed us to focus on our family and not have to worry about anything during our trips with him.
